Refund Promise

OURTSHIRT offers an online solution to quality T-shirt production.

• We promise to respond to any problems related to production quality within 1 working day.
• We promise to replace defective products; if replacement is not possible, we will refund your deposit.

Note: These rules are is applicable only if the products turn out to be defective after being washed in accordance to our washing instructions. Customers should inspect the delivered products at arrival. Any problems should be notified to us immediately.

We promise to be on time

We understand that you need your order to be produced and delivered on time for your events. We promise to delivery your T-shirts on time according to your order. In case of delay, we will give you a 10% discount as compensation.

Please Note: Upon order confirmation, our Salesman will figure out the delivery date with you. Any changes to this date must be agreed by both sides and may result in extra cost or change of delivery date.

Promise on Corporate Social Responsibility

We believe that a business Corporate should bear Social Responsibility in mind while running their business. When we look for source of T-shirt providers, we only choose providers which have met our requirements of Social Responsibility fulfillment. These requirements include:

• Not employing children in any part of the manufacturing process.
• Providing good working conditions for employees, such as clean environment, sufficient lighting and clean water provision.

If any of these providers can not met the above requirements, we will first urge them to improve. We will terminate the collaboration with providers if they cannot act promptly to improve and meet the requirement.
